05Means to exercise your ARCO rights
As a Data Subject, you have the right to Access your personal data, to have it Rectified when inaccurate, to have it Cancelled when you consider it is no longer required for the stated purposes, and to Object to its processing for specific purposes (known under Mexican law as ARCO rights). You may also revoke any consent given.
To exercise any of these rights, send a request to contacto@kalnet.tech, which must include:
- The Data Subject's full name and a means of contact to communicate the response.
- A document proving your identity (copy of official ID) or, where applicable, legal representation.
- A clear and precise description of the personal data for which you seek to exercise the right.
- Any other information that helps locate the data.
We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt, and, if applicable, it will take effect within the following 15 business days. These periods may be extended once in accordance with the Law. Exercising ARCO rights is free of charge; the Data Subject only covers, where applicable, justified shipping or reproduction costs.

Kalnet does not sell or trade your personal data. Your data may be transferred to the following third parties, solely for the purposes indicated and under article 37 of the Law (transfers that do not require your consent) or with your prior consent where applicable:
