Every plan includes WordPress updates (core, themes and plugins) and backups. Lite adds database cleanup and comment spam cleanup. Pro adds daily backups, speed optimization, uptime and security checks, a weekly report, priority support and 7 hours a year for edits.

If one of our updates breaks your site, we fix it at no extra cost. If it goes down or gets hacked for another reason, we restore your latest backup at no cost. That brings the site back, but it may not fix what caused the problem: finding and fixing the cause is quoted separately, and we tell you the cost before we start.
